  I used to be so nervous of going to the dentist but since going to Dental Works , although still a bit nervous before going, I am always put at ease by Shaz and Jenny, fantastic dentist and find reception staff very friendly also !

  Really disappointed with the customer service. After having called the NHS emergency line for dental treatment and having no luck in my area (I'm away from home for uni), I had no other choice but to just call this place since I'd been registered here for over 10 years. Has it gone downhill! Woman I spoke to over the phone gave me a real grilling as to why I hadn't contacted them first then had the nerve to speak to me in the most disgusting tone asking me why I'm even bothering calling them...wouldn't even let me actually explain my situation! I even mentioned to her that I was registered here yet she wouldn't even listen to that, her tone soon changed When she decided to actually listen to me. At 9 in the morning after being up all night in agony, her attitude was NOT something I wanted to deal with and after having spent hundreds at this place, I would've expected to be treated with a little more respect. So I now have to wait over 24 hours for the next appointment as they "don't do emergency treatment" which begs me to ask myself her own stupid question "why on earth am I calling them?!" Going for this last bit of treatment and changing as will the rest of my family since they obviously don't care too much for their own business/patients. I miss their old receptionist staff who used to be lovely but I'm now starting to get a picture as to why they don't work here anymore.
